Green Brick Partners : Communities Awarded Master Planned Community Of The Year

PLANO, Texas , June 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRBK) (the "Company" or "Green Brick") announced that Green Brick Communities, Mustang Park in Carrollton, Texas was awarded the 2014 Master Planned Community of the Year under 600 acres by the Dallas Homebuilders Association.

Located within walking distance from Hebron High School , Mustang Park has three large ponds, hike and bike trails, two playgrounds, luxurious amenity center with a workout facility, and an infinity swimming pool overlooking a 3.5 acre park designed and constructed by Green Brick Affiliate, Centre Living Homes.

The single-family sites have been sold to Darling Homes/Taylor Morrison Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes and Green Brick Affiliate, Normandy Homes. The single family homes are priced from $352,000 to $675,000 .

All 177 townhomes will be built and sold by Green Brick Affiliate, CB JENI Homes and are priced from $260,000 to $325,000

The community build-out value is estimated at $220 million .
