Green REIT plc's Building I at Central Park which is due for completion in Q4 2018

Green REIT plc has announced the development of Building I at Central Park in Leopardstown, offering leasing opportunities of up to 100,000 sq ft (9,300 sq m) in Dublin's premier office park.

The commencement of Building I follows the completion and successful letting of the entire of the adjacent Building H to Allied Irish Banks plc in May 2017.

Building I will be available to let in its entirety or floor by floor when it is completed in Q4 of 2018.
