Green REIT plc's Grade A office buildings at George's Quay Plaza and George's Court have been certified as two of the best buildings in the country for broadband and telecoms infrastructure after they were awarded a Gold rating by international connectivity accreditor WiredScore.

WiredScore certification creates a benchmark giving landlords, agents and tenants knowledge of a building's internet connectivity potential.

More than 750 properties totalling 300 million square feet of office space in over 80 cities have achieved Wired certification, signifying world-class connectivity infrastructure.

Properties certified include the Empire State Building, One Market Plaza in San Francisco and the Shard in London.

WiredScore measures the number and quality of internet service providers as well as the bandwidth capabilities and reliability of connections that are based on a building's infrastructure.

George's Quay Plaza
