Green REIT lets 12,800 sq ft at One Molesworth Street, Dublin 2

Dublin, 31 October, 2017 | Green REIT Plc, ('Green REIT', or 'the Company'), announces that it has signed an agreement with Goshawk Management (Ireland) Limited ('Goshawk') to lease 1,200 square metres (12,800 square feet) of lettable space at the Company's flagship office development at One Molesworth Street in Dublin 2.

The letting comprises the fourth floor plus five car spaces, on a 20 year lease, with a tenant break option at the end of year 13. The annual rent payable by Goshawk is €0.85 million, which equates to €700 per square metre (€65 per square foot) per annum for office space and €4,000 per car space per annum, with the tenant entitled to a nine month rent free period at the outset of the lease. Goshawk is expected to take occupation in the spring of 2018.

Goshawk (www.goshawk.aero) is an established and growing aircraft lessor based in Dublin with over 50 employees in Dublin, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Miami.

Following this letting and the letting to Barclays Bank Ireland plc announced in July 2017, 73% of the total office space at One Molesworth Street has now been let. The remaining office space, totalling 1,670 square metres (18,000 square feet), comprises the balance of the third floor (which is subject to a Barclays right of first refusal) and the fifth floor.
