The board announces that David Sugden has decided to
retire as a non-executive director following the AGM today
having served three terms on the board.
David has been an outstanding contributor to the Board
since his appointment in 2002. He has helped Greencore
navigate through its transition into a leading international
convenience foods company over the course of a decade on the
board. The board would like to thank David
sincerely for his valued insight, vision, relevant business
expertise and financial judgement which have been of immense
benefit to the company and its leadership team and we wish
him the very best for the future.
