GREENKO GROUP PLC Greenko, the Indian developer, owner and operator of clean energy projects, has today been notified that on 27 October 2015 one of its non-executive directors purchased ordinary shares of EUR0.005 in the Company ('Greenko Shares').
Hari Kiran Vadlamani purchased 47,234 Greenko Shares at a price of 90p pence per share. Following this acquisition, Hari Kiran Vadlamani owns 747,234 Greenko Shares representing 0.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
