This announcement is published on a voluntary basis by the board of directors (the 'Board')

of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (the 'Company'), together with its subsidiaries (the 'Group').

The Board is pleased to announce that the Group agreed with the Qihoo 360 group to strategically co-operate in the internet investment and financial services sector. The two will co-operate to promote the business development of their internet finance service platform assets and products, to develop a 'one-stop platform' for internet investment and financial services and to promote their brand and products' recognition and influence.

Under the above co-operation, the Group is a recognised issuer on Qihoo 360's 'Your Wealth Platform'*（你財富平台） (https://www.nicaifu.com/) and may from time to time recommend internet investment and financial products packaged and issued by the Group for release on the 'Your Wealth Platform', up to a total amount of RMB50,000,000,000. Qihoo 360 group will assist the Group with the release, marketing and payment settlement related to any such internet investment and financial products on it's 'Your Wealth Platform'*.

The Group is undertaking the task of building a '3+1' financial ecosystem by striving to establish an internet finance platform based on property and engaging in sectors including public-private partnership funds, property funds and special opportunity investment funds, in order to create an integrated investment and financing platform in terms of products, platforms, channels and customers in the internet finance sector. The Board believes this strategic co-operation represents an important step in developing its internet finance business.

Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. (NYSE: QIHU) is a leading internet company in China offering Internet and mobile security products and services to its PC and mobile users as well as access points to the Internet via its web browsers and application stores, among others. Consequently, it has built a large open Internet platform in China. Its securities are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
