DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO

MAJOR TRANSACTIONS - ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES

Reference is made to the announcements of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 18 April 2018 and 10 May 2018 (the "Announcements") in relation to the major transaction involving acquisition of Properties. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the Announcements shall have the same meanings when used herein.

As disclosed in the Announcements the Circular containing, among other things, further details of the Acquisition and the transactions contemplated thereunder will be despatched to the Shareholders in accordance with the Listing Rules for information purpose only on or before 1 June 2018.

As additional time is required for the collation of certain information for disclosure in the Circular, the despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date on or before to 22 June 2018.
