Greggs : raises over £85k for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund

Greggs recently supported the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund to raise funds for the victims and those affected by the Manchester attacks. With a number of our customers and colleagues living and working in the Manchester area, this is a campaign that is very close to our hearts. Through the generosity and kindness of our customers and colleagues nationwide, we raised £85,718 through our in-shop charity collections. The donation, which is administered by the British Red Cross, will help to support people who have been injured or bereaved by the attack and alleviate suffering, ensuring that victims and their families do not face short-term financial difficulties.

A spokesperson for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund said: 'The generosity of Gregg's customers nationwide has been incredible. We've been extremely touched by everyone's efforts to raise money for the victims and those affected by the attack last month. Thank you to everyone who helped raise the substantial amount for the M.E.N appeal. This donation will be added to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and administered by the British Red Cross.
