GRENKE AG successfully places capital increase

Baden-Baden, June 14, 2018

GRENKE AG (ISIN: DE000A161N30) increased its share capital against cash contribution by EUR 2,040,816.00 from EUR 44,313,102.00 to EUR 46,353,918.00 by making partial use of the Company's authorized capital that was resolved on by the Annual General Meeting on May 03, 2018. The current shareholders' subscription rights were excluded. The 2,040,816 new no-par value registered shares have been placed exclusively with institutional investors in a private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding offering at a price of EUR 98.00 per share.

The gross proceeds resulting from the capital increase amount to EUR 200 million.
