During the first half-year of 2016-2017, GGR of Groupe Partouche amounted to € 309 M and its turnover to € 205 M, a slight decrease of the main activity indicators by respectively 2.1% and 2.3%.

Beyond a particularly high basis of reference, the Group recorded growth of + 4.7% in the first half of the previous year, HY 2016-17 is characterized by the good performance of other casino activities up by 0.8% and the entry in the scope of consolidation of € 1.1 M of the "Laurent" the Group's restaurant group in Paris. But this was also impacted by :

- the first application of IFRIC 13 related to the implementation of a national customer loyalty program as of 1 November 2016. This measure has an impact of € 1.8 M on half-year turnover;

  • the closure of Hotel 3.14 for works since 1 November 2016, which mechanically impacted the turnover by

    €0.5M;

  • and the decline in activity of the traditional games of the casino Palm Beach Cannes before its transfer to the Hotel 3.14. (GGR down by € 3.8 M)

Excluding these three items, a very slight decline in turnover would have been recorded.

The high sensitivity of the Group's operating profitability to the level of activity will be reflected in the half-yearly financial statements published on June 29, 2017.
