Former Chief Executive of Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) Leo Apotheker was appointed as member of French IT firm Groupe Steria SCA (>> GROUPE STERIA) supervisory board.

MAIN FACTS:

- Steria's shareholders also voted Laetitia Puyfaucher as member of the supervisory board.

- Apotheker has headed Hewlett-Packard and German software giant SAP AG, where he worked for 20 years.
