Grupo Supervielle S.A. (the “Company”), an Argentine financial group, together with one of the Company’s shareholders, announced today the closing of the underwritten initial public offering of the Company’s Class B Shares (the “Shares”), which may be represented by American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), as part of a global offering of 127,500,077 Shares. The global offering consisted of (a) an international offering in the United States and countries outside of Argentina of 23,594,189 ADSs at a price of US$11.00 per ADS and (b) a concurrent offering in Argentina of 9,529,132 Shares at a price of US$2.20 per Share. The offering was made pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Each ADS represents five Shares.

In connection with the offering, the Company granted the international underwriters the option to purchase up to 19,125,010 additional Shares represented by ADSs that expires on June 17, 2016. The ADSs began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 19, 2016 and the Company’s Shares are trading on the Mercado de Valores de Buenos Aires and the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A., under the ticker symbol “SUPV”.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated acted as joint bookrunners and joint global coordinators and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as co-manager in the offering.
