The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. (the 'Company') publishes a correction of Current Report No. 37/2017, issued on July 28th 2017, correcting an editorial error.
In the appendix to the current report, erroneous dates were given in the tables showing the list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A.
Attached to this report are, after the correction: a list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the AGM until the adjournment (June 30th 2017), a list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the resumed AGM on July 21st 2017, and a list of shareholders holding 5% or more of total voting rights at the resumed AGM on July 28th 2017.
