Grupa Kety : Receipt of the notification that a Shareholder has exceeded 5% of the total number of votes

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter 'the Company') hereby informs that it has received a notification from MetLife PTE S.A. drawn up in accordance with Article 69(1)(1) of the Act on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organised trading system and on public companies, on increasing by MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny its interest in Grupa Kęty S.A. above 5%.

The increase in the interest has been a result of the purchase of shares on 11 May 2018. Directly before the change, the open pension fund held 467,044 shares, which accounted for 4.91% of the Company's share capital and entitled their holder to 467,044 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which accounted for 4.91% of all votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

As at 11 May 2018, the open pension fund holds 490,535 shares, which account for 5.15% of the Company's share capital and entitle its holder to 490,535 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which account for 5.15% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
