Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC) (BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces that GAP’s Board of Directors has designated Mr. Saúl Villarreal García as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. Villarreal joined GAP in October 2003 and has been responsible for overseeing Corporate Administration since that time; as a result, he has vast experience and knowledge of the Company, mainly from an Administrative and Financial Management aspect. In 2006, he participated in the Initial Public Offering process and more recently participated in the issuance of bond certificates on the local markets [certificados bursátiles].

Mr. Villareal is a Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Guadalajara. He has a Masters in Finance with a concentration in International Accounting from the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara.
