Consequently, the Board of Directors in reliance on Article 24 of the Mexican Securities Market Law and GAP's by-laws and upon the proposal of the Nominations and Compensation Committee has designated Mr. Álvaro Fernández Garza as temporary Director in place of Mr. Ayub.
