Gruppa LSR : LSR Group completes 82 th sqm in projects in St. Petersburg

LSR Group has completed several buildings with a total area exceeding 82 th sqm in its comfort-class residential projects Yuzhnaya Aquatoria and Sofia in St. Petersburg.

In particular, we have completed construction of a 14-storeyed residential building with a total area exceeding 21.8 th sqm in our project Yuzhnaya Aquatoria, located in Krasnoselsky District. The building comprises 216 apartments along with commercial premises and underground parking for 74 lots. 100% apartments have been pre-sold.

We have also completed two buildings in our project Sofia, located in Frunzensky District, comprising 345 and 332 apartments. The total area of the commissioned buildings exceeded 60 th sqm. All apartments in these buildings have been pre-sold except for one.
Yuzhnaya Aqatoria is located on bank of the Gulf of Finland between Leninsky Prospekt and Marshala Kazakova Street. The project comprises several residential quarters with pedestrian promenades, parks, sports centers and playgrounds being constructed on the land plot of 23.9 ha. Two kindergartens, for 155 children each, have been already completed on the project's territory. The location boasts great transportation access. The nearest metro station is Leninsky Prospect. Several parks are located just a short drive away in the suburbs of Strelna, Petrodvorets and Lomonosov.

Sofia is one of the company's large-scale projects in St. Petersburg comprising residential buildings, two kindergartens for 220 and 160 children, schools for 825 students, underground and surface parking. The project is being constructed near two picturesque parks. Mezhdunarodnaya metro station is within walking distance. Another metro station, Prospect Slavy, is scheduled for completion in 2018.
