This is notice of a correction and update to Keith Lough's Non-Executive Chairman directorships contained on pages 88 and 165 of the prospectus published by the Company on 31 August 2016 (the "Prospectus").

In addition Mr Lough has informed the Company that on 3 November 2016 he ceased to be a director ofPapua Mining Plc and was appointed as a director of Abacus Geoscience Limited on 27 October 2016.
