The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 12 office properties with a combined leasable area of approximately 106,712 square meters. The properties are located across Germany, in such cities as Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt and Hanover. In addition to its own portfolio, GxP German Properties AG invests in real estate together with institutional investors as part of its asset management business.
