The decision to purchase share of AKSIGORTA A.S, one of our subsidiary, up to 2% of Aksigorta A.S.'s share capital from Borsa Istanbul A.S. with in one (1) year has been cancelled.

Also, Ageas Insurance International N.V., our partner in Aksigorta A.S., has cancelled the purchase 2% of Aksigorta A.S.'s shares capital from Borsa Istanbul A.S. with in one (1) year in line with our joint management principle.

Our company and Ageas Insurance International N.V. have not purchased AKSIGORTA A.S. shares until today.

For these acqusitions, the authorization given to Ak Yatirim A.S. by Ageas Insurance International N.V. and our company has been cancelled.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
