It was resolved to appoint Sabancı Holding Strategy and Business Development Director Gökhan EYİGÜN as Sabancı Holding Secretary General effective as of July 1, 2018, for the reason that Sabancı Holding Secretary General Nedim BOZFAKIOĞLU will leave her position on June 30, 2018.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
