Under the various business state support programs, 222 female entrepreneurs are the customers of JSC Halyk Bank, including 55 businesswomen, who are served under the program of conditional deposit of money with second-tier banks for further lending of women's entrepreneurship.

Most of those businesswomen (85%) get financing under Business Road Map (BRM)-2020 and Plan of conditional deposit of money with STB for further lending of women's entrepreneurship. The remaining part of them(15%) is financed under the Program for support of private entrepreneurs engaged in the manufacturing sector ("Damu-Ondiris"), Program to support small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector and services relating to the maintenance of this sector ( "Damu-Ondiris II"), Support Program as part of the Special Plan for Entrepreneurship Development of Zhanaozen town in 2012-2014.

The most popular fields of activity of female entrepreneurs are medicine, education, services, trade, i.e. something related to bringing-up, education, health and beauty.

Since the implementation of the Program of conditional deposit of money with STB for further lending of women's entrepreneurship, as of 1 March 2015 Halyk Bank has financed 55 projects totaling in excess of 599 million tenge. The most active branches of the Bank participating in this program are Kyzylorda, West Kazakhstan and Akmola branches.

The Program is aimed to stir up economic activity of female entrepreneurs through soft lending of projects of already operating businesswomen and the newcomers.

The program is destined for the female entrepreneurs registered as a sole proprietor or a legal entity. To get a bank loan, a woman has just to be an operating entrepreneur, have economically viable business project to be financed with the loan requested and meet the terms of the program.

As part of the Program, the second-tier banks provide financing to women engaged in business activity as a sole proprietor without a legal entity and legal entities under the leadership of women, with female participation in the share capital is at least 50%, and the number of female employees is at least 30% of the  total number of employees.

Agreement on conditionaldeposit of money in the amount of 800 million tenge with STB for further lending ofwomen'sentrepreneurship was signed by JSC Halyk Bank in March 2014. The Program's implementation is held in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan given at V Forum of Kazakhstan's Women in March 2009.
