Dear customers of the Bank!

We hereby notify you of introducing amendments to the Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement, as well as to the Card Using Rules. Key changes:

  1. Card transactions on the Internet are available only by cards connected to 3DSecure/Secure Code/Authentication Mode by UPI.

3D Secure(by Visa International)/ Secure Code(by MasterCard International)/ Authentication Mode by UPI (by UnionPay International) - is technology developed by international payment systems for additional identification of the cardholder by entering a secret password during the card transaction in the online mode via the Internet in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized card transactions and ensure the security of card transactions on the Internet.

At the same time, the customer is obliged to:

1) not disclose/transfer password of 3D Secure/SecureCode/ Authentication Mode by UPI, CVV2-code to other persons;

2) make card transactions on the Internet only using password of 3D Secure/SecureCode/Authentication Mode by UPI (if the online store uses 3-D Secure/SecureCode technology).

The customer is responsible for:

1) for consequences of disclosing password of 3D Secure / SecureCode / Authentication Mode by UPI;

2) for selecting the type of password of 3D Secure/SecureCode (static or dynamic);

3) for consequences of selecting online store/website on the Internet to make payments using the card of the Bank and failing to comply with the Bank's recommendations on verification of website security.

  1. The customer has the right to dispute transactions, if settlement currency with Payment Card System is US dollars/euros, for the amount not less than USD1/EUR1.
  2. The customer undertakes to:

1) exclude the possibility of using the mobile phone number by third parties, which is assigned for the service 'SMS Banking' and SMS Password Delivery;

2) inform the Bank of not using anymore the mobile phone number connected to the SMS Banking service and/or SMS Password Delivery service;

3) inform the Bank immediately upon detection of unauthorized access or suspicions of unauthorized access to cards, and take actions to block the card.

  1. The Bank has the right to carry out measures to dispute card transactions, in accordance with operational rules of the international payment systems Visa International/MasterCard Worldwide/UnionPay International, including in the absence of written application of the Customer under transactions identified by the Bank as unauthorized or when the customer informs of unauthorized transactions.
  2. The Bank has the right to block money on the account of the card transaction initiated by the customer for the amount of authorization until the payment document is received on the card transaction made. To prevent overdraft, the Bank additionally excludes (blocks) 2 (two) percent of the authorization amount from the Customer's available balance, if the authorization is effected by card transaction in a currency other than the account currency.
  3. When replenishing the account with cash at ATMs/kiosks or by money transfer to the account, the Bank, before crediting money to the account, gives the Customer the opportunity to instantly use the replenishment amount minus 1% of the replenishment amount for making card transactions by the customer. The Bank credits money to the account under transfers sent to the account, only on the basis of the payment document received by the Bank until the end of the banking day, on which the Bank received the payment document. The deadline for receipt of payment documents for crediting transfer to the Account may be up to 5 (five) banking days.
  4. The bank is responsible for unjustified refusal to execute payment service to the customer. If the customer paid a service fee, the Bank pays the customer for damage in the amount of the commission paid by the customer. If the customer has not paid the service fee, the Bank pays the customer for damage in the amount of one monthly calculation index.

The amendments to the Agreement and Rules effective on 3 April 2017

In case of disagreement with the amendments to the Agreement and Rules, prior to the effective date you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement by written application for termination of the agreement and closing the account in the outlet of the Bank.
