New services in myHalyk: “Email Statement”

Dear customers,

From 11 May 2017, all bank account holders will be able to connect to the new service - 'Email Statement'.

Account Statement without contacting the Bank!

How to connect to the Email Statement service?

• to connect to/disconnect from the service you must be a registered user of the Personal Internet Banking system (myHalyk.kz);
• select 'Email Statement' - 'Connect to service' in the tab 'Applications';
• select bank account for email statement from the drop down list;
• enter the email address (your active email address);
• select language of the statement;
• create and enter password for statement;
• confirm by one-time password received in the SMS message and press 'Continue'.

Connection fee

The service is free of charge.

Types of account statements

Card, deposit and current accounts. Except for Visa Instant cards (before personalization), Present Card, corporate cards, loan and immovable accounts;

Important!

• statement is sent to the email address, regardless of the bank account currency;
• statement is sent once a month on the first of each month, for the last calendar month in the form of archived and encrypted (password) PDF file;
• service duration - 1 year from service connection;
• when bank account is closed, the service is automatically terminated;
• two different email addresses can be assigned for one bank account number. At the same time, the number of bank accounts that can be connected to the service is not limited;
• password is changed or service is disconnected in the tab 'Applications', section 'Email Statement';
• when you apply for the service, do not indicate email addresses of third parties;
• do not disclose password for statement to third parties, including Bank employees.
