Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) and Dr. Jürgens have jointly agreed to terminate their collaboration as of 31 December 2011 due to differences of opinion regarding the strategic direction, in particular of the Intermodal segment. Dr. Jürgens's responsibilities will be assumed by HHLA's Chairman of the Executive Board, Klaus-Dieter Peters, until further notice. HHLA wishes Dr. Jürgens much success with all his future endeavours.
