HARBOURVEST HVGPE : Press Release 31 October 2014 Interim Management Statement

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), a closed-end investment company listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange, has today filed its Interim Management Statement ("IMS"). This relates to the period from 1 August 2014 through 25 November 2014 (inclusive) and the financial period from 1 August 2014 through 31 October 2014 ("the interim period").

A full copy of the IMS statement can be obtained on HVPE's website in the InterimManagement Statement - Period Ending 31 October 2014. This statement is made in accordance with article 5:25e of the Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, the FMSA), which requirement stems from the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC).
