HARBOURVEST GLOBAL The Board of Directors of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ('HVPE' or the 'Company') has resolved to delegate some of its duties to permanent Board committees and adopted terms of reference for the new committees. The new committees are the Service Provider Committee and the Nomination Committee. The work undertaken by the new committees was previously performed by the Board as a whole.
The Company's committees and their membership are set out below. Each committee reports to the Board and will report on its work during the year to the shareholders in the annual report.
The Audit Committee is chaired by Keith Corbin. The other members are Alan Hodson and Andrew Moore. The other directors may attend by invitation.
The Service Provider Committee will be chaired by the Company's Chairman, Sir Michael Bunbury. The other members are Jean-Bernard Schmidt and Mr Hodson and Mr Moore. The other directors may attend by invitation.
The Nomination Committee will also be chaired by Sir Michael. Its members are Mr Corbin, Mr Hodson, Mr Moore and Mr Schmidt, being all of the independent directors of the Company. The other directors may attend by invitation.
