STAMFORD, CT -- Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE:HAR) declared a cash dividend on January 31, 2013 of $0.15 cents per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The quarterly dividend will be paid on February 26, 2013, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on February 11, 2013.
