HONOLULU - October 14, 2014 - Hawaiian Airlines has announced two leadership promotions in its in-flight service department. Sue Moss has been promoted from base manager to director - in-flight, bases and Cheryl Price has been promoted from senior manager - in-flight administration to director - in-flight initiatives.

"Both Sue and Cheryl have done a tremendous job of leading our team of more than 1,500 talented flight attendants, who deliver our unparalleled onboard customer service, which truly sets us apart from our competitors," said Robin Sparling, Hawaiian Airlines vice president - in-flight service. Sue Moss, Director - In-Flight, Bases
In her new position, Moss will be responsible for leading and managing Hawaiian Airlines' in-flight operations for its Honolulu and Los Angeles bases.

Moss has more than 35 years of airline experience in in-flight service, training and management. Prior to joining Hawaiian Airlines in 2010 as manager - in-flight, she spent more than 30 years at Aloha Airlines, where she began her career as a flight attendant before holding various in-flight training and management positions. Born and raised in Kailua, Hawai'i, she is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah.

Cheryl Price, Director - In-Flight Initiatives

In her new role, Price will develop and implement strategic initiatives that will elevate Hawaiian Airlines' in-flight service.

Price originally joined Hawaiian Airlines in 2004 as senior manager - budget & analysis. Prior to joining the company, she spent 12 years working in banking and finance for companies in Europe, California, and Hawai'i. She also gained her flight attendant experience while at Virgin America.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from San Jose State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Hawai'i Pacific University.
