HONOLULU - Hawaiian Airlines has announced the appointment of Stacey Carroll to director of compensation and benefits. In this role, Carroll manages all group employee benefits including medical, dental, life, retiree medical, pension, 401(k) and other programs.

"Stacey is a seasoned human resources professional who brings deep compensation and benefits experience to our team," said Barbara Falvey, senior vice president of Human Resources at Hawaiian Airlines. "Her expertise will help us care for our valued employees with the best available services."

Carroll has over 17 years of human resources experience including ten years in management. She joins Hawaiian Airlines from Kamehameha Schools, where she was director of compensation and benefits. Earlier, Carroll held director positions in the areas of professional services, customer services and education at PayScale, Inc. in Seattle. She also served as human resources manager at Western Washington University. Carroll has also provided strategic compensation consulting services to organizations in various industries as president of HR Experts On-Call, which she founded.

Carroll holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in communications from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash. She earned certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Certified Compensation Professional.
