Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced the addition of John Goodey as Senior Vice President – International. Mr. Goodey will lead HCN’s London, England office. He is responsible for managing HCN’s approximately $2.0 billion United Kingdom portfolio and identifying and managing growth opportunities within the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and other international markets. Mr. Goodey has nearly 20 years of experience working in healthcare investment and corporate finance. He most recently served as Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking for Barclays and has worked in the global health care sector since 1995. He holds a degree in economics from Queen Mary College, University of London.
