a Western Regional Office in Newport Beach, California. The company's
enhanced presence on the West Coast is a natural extension of Health
Care REIT's relationship investing strategy and the concentration of its
portfolio in East and West Coast markets and top 31 MSA's. The office
will be led by Mercedes Kerr, Health Care REIT's Senior Vice President -
Marketing.
