Heartland Express has received the distinguished “Carrier of the Year” award for FedEx Express nine times in the last ten years and six years in a row.  Each year Heartland Express has reached nearly perfect service levels with 2016 improving to 99.96% on time, on over 15,500 shipments during the year, from 99.92% in 2015 and 99.82% in 2014.
