He is responsible for leading the Commercial Bankers to deliver superior financial and strategic solutions for companies across the company footprint.
West brings more than 25 years experience in the banking industry and most recently served as Vice President at the Bank of Kansas City.

He is actively involved in the community, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the University of Central Missouri (UCM) Foundation, where he was president and now serves as board member.
