The Central Governmental Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, or RVB) has appointed Heijmans to build new housing for New Premises Eurojust in The Hague. The contract (Build and Maintain) involves the development and maintenance of an office, parking garage and landscape. Heijmans is responsible for the structural, installation-engineering and civil provisions. The total contract has a value of approximately € 105 million.

Eurojust is an European organization for judicial cooperation and has been located in The Hague since its establishment in 2002. The Build and Maintain contract will run for  15 years, with the option of a five-year extension. The total surface area of the new office is 18,550 m2 GFA and has a three-storey underground car park. The realization takes place in the period from 2014 to 2016.
