On 27th September a team from Helical will embark on a Charity Trek to the Atlas Mountains with the aim of reaching the top of northern Africa's tallest peak - Jbel Toubkal at 4,167m.

This will be an incredibly rewarding challenge which will see the 15 strong team stretch themselves both physically and mentally to raise over £100,000 for two incredible charities that we support, LandAid and The Lord Mayor's Appeal. 100% of funds raised will be donated to the two charities with all costs of the trip being met by the individuals taking part.

To sponsor the team please use the link below. Their progress throughout the trek will be logged on this page and via the Helical Twitter and Instagram accounts.

LandAid is the property industry charity working to end youth homelessness in the UK. LandAid brings together businesses and individuals from across the industry to support charities delivering life-changing projects for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness.

As a charitable trust, LandAid award grants to exceptional charities in the UK who are working to tackle youth homelessness. Their grants are invested in capital projects which provide much-needed homes for young people. LandAid also provides free professional property expertise and know-how to our charity partners through our successful pro-bono programme.

The Lord Mayor's Appeal each year partners with three organisations who are leading experts in addressing social issues to deliver ground breaking programmes which will not only change, but also save people's lives. This year's appeal supports Place2Be, OnSide Youth Zones and Samaritans.
