Significant distinctions for OTE Group

at Sales Excellence Awards 2015

- 6 awards for the Commercial Affairs Division of OTE-COSMOTE Customer Care

- 2 awards for the Satellite TV Sales Division

OTE Group was the big winner of Sales Excellence Awards 2015 receiving eight significant distinctions in total, namely 6 awards for the Commercial Affairs Division of OTE-COSMOTE Customer Care and 2 awards for the Satellite TV Sales Division, confirming its customer-centric philosophy as well as its continuous efforts to upgrade its sales services with cutting-edge technologies.

The Commercial Affairs Division of OTE-COSMOTE Customer Care won first place in four categories: 'Phone sales department of the year', 'Innovative sales techniques' and 'Successful product introduction' as far as OTE is concerned, and 'Sales department of the year' for COSMOTE. Moreover, it won a Silver award in the 'Sales increase' category for OTEand one in the 'Customer Care' category for COSMOTE. Furthermore, the Satellite TV Sales Division carried off two Bronze awards in the 'Sales increase' and Sales techniques' categories.

The re-engineering of the OTE Group contact centers, which have become one of the most modern and effective customer care and phones sales centers, played a fundamental role in bringing substantial results both in sales and customer service.

The Sales Excellence Awards were organized for the third consecutive year by the Hellenic Sales Institute (IPE) in cooperation with Boussias Communications, with the aim of presenting and awarding the best sales practices across business sectors in Greece. The evaluation of the candidates was conducted by a jury comprised of specialized professionals, IPE representatives and university professors.
