HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: André Müller appointed as Management Board member with effect of July 1, 2018

Lehrte, June 11, 2018 - The Supervisory Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG had already passed a resolution on June 28, 2017 to appoint Mr. André Müller, who has been a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Reihenhaus AG since 2011, to be a member of the company's Management Board for a five-year period. At that time, it was agreed that his activity would start at the latest as of January 1, 2019. The company is pleased to announce that he can now commence his work as of July 1, 2018.

In his position as a member of the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, Mr. Müller will be responsible for the project development and technology areas, which at present Management Board Chairman and company founder Karl-Heinz Maerzke continues to head. As announced in the ad hoc release dated April 12, 2018, Mr. Maerzke intends to switch to the company's Supervisory Board with effect as of the end of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 6, 2018.
