RE-POSTING OF THE CHINESE VERSION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT 2016It has come to the attention of Henderson Land Development Company Limited (the "Company") that some copies of the Chinese version of the Annual Report 2016 posted to shareholders of the Company on 25 April 2017 were misprinted. In the Financial Statements section of those misprinted copies, certain pages numbered within the range of 145 to 176 were either duplicated or omitted. The electronic copy of the Annual Report 2016 posted on the electronic publication system of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the website of the Company was not affected by the misprint.
The Company is arranging for correct replacement copies of the Chinese version of the Annual Report 2016 to be posted by 12 May 2017 to shareholders who have elected to receive and have been sent either the Chinese version or both the Chinese and English versions of the Annual Report 2016, in case the copy of the Chinese version they received might be one of those misprinted copies. The Company apologizes for any inconvenience which may have been caused.
