Remarks (if any):
On 29 June 2015, the Company announced that the subscription of an aggregate of 331,712,000 subscription
shares at HK$0.205 per subscription share under each of the first subscription agreement and the second
subscription agreement dated 14 May 2015 (as supplemented and amended by the supplemental letter dated
12 June 2015 and the supplemental agreement dated 15 June 2015) with the relevant parties were terminated as
the conditions precedent under each of the agreements have not been fulfilled as of 29 June 2015. For details,
