MELVILLE, N.Y., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Henry Schein, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSIC), the world's largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental, animal health and medical practitioners, announced today the Company's commitment of $500,000 in product donations to support relief efforts for victims of the devastating earthquake in Nepal. "In addition to our commitment to donate $500,000 in product, we are pleased that as part of our disaster preparedness and response plan, Henry Schein product was already in place with many of our NGO partners when the earthquake first struck Nepal, and was ready for immediate shipment to the affected area."
