ORLANDO, Fla. - May 5, 2015 - SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) and HP (NYSE: HPQ) today announced a new joint offering to help customers speed their transition to SAP® Business Suite 4 SAP HANA® (SAP S/4HANA) utilizing HP Helion. This offering brings together both companies' global consulting and software expertise to rapidly provision SAP S/4HANA on HP Helion Managed Cloud, accelerating customer time to value, without disrupting mission-critical processes. In addition, HP will serve as a premier strategic provider of cloud infrastructure services for business-critical SAP applications in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. The announcement was made at SAPPHIRE® NOW, being held May 5-7, 2015, in Orlando, Florida.

The offering combines SAP S/4HANA, the next-generation business suite designed to help customers Run Simple in the digital economy, with HP Helion, HP's enterprise cloud platform for deploying, managing and utilizing workloads in hybrid IT environments. Expertise in advisory, application migration and implementation services from both companies will help customers determine their ideal roadmap to SAP S/4HANA.

Customers will now be able to define how SAP S/4HANA will benefit their business, determine the best implementation approach and migrate their business-critical applications to a safe and secure digital platform designed for the real-time economy. Customers can also expect to leverage existing IT investments and achieve value across all lines of business and industries.

Today's announcement underscores a level of cooperation and innovation between two global technology leaders that have been partners for over 25 years. Customers will have unprecedented access to the deep expertise of both SAP and HP in the multiple disciplines that the journey to SAP S/4HANA requires.
