PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2014) - HP (NYSE: HPQ) today announced a two-year contract award for five out of six categories in the New York State (NYS) Aggregate PC Initiative.

As part of the Initiative, HP will be the first-choice provider for nearly 65,000 desktops and 27,000 notebooks for all state agencies. The NYS Aggregate PC Initiative streamlines procurement processes, improving enterprisewide reliability and reducing total cost of ownership, while providing users with a state-of-the-art computing solution.

HP products that will be distributed as part of the NYS Aggregate PC Initiative include the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Small Form Factor, HP ProDesk 400, HP ProBook 640 and the HP ProBook 455.
