HIMEDIA GROUP: SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD
ON JUNE 22, 2015
Paris, June 22, 2015 - 5:40 p.m. - The online media group HiMedia Group (ISIN: FR0000075988 - HIM, HIM.FR) releases the results of the vote of the Shareholders' Meeting.The mobilization of HiMedia's shareholders allowed the Company to reach a quorum of 44%. All the resolutions proposed to the General Meeting were approved.
