HIGHLIGHT COMMUNICATIONS AG Pratteln, March 2, 2015
Highlight Communications AG (ISIN: CH 000 653 9198) has closed fiscal year 2014 successfully and ahead of its guidance (consolidated net profit of between CHF 12 million and CHF 14 million, consolidated sales of between CHF 380 million and CHF 410 million).
According to preliminary IFRS figures, Highlight Communications AG is reporting consolidated sales of CHF 413 million (previous year: CHF 386.2 million) for fiscal year 2014.
Thanks to a positive business performance in the Film segment, consolidated net profit for the period increased to CHF 18.0 million (previous year: CHF 10.3 million).
Based on a net profit attributable to shareholders of CHF 16.7 million (previous year: CHF 9.7 million), earnings per share amount to CHF 0.37 (previous year: CHF 0.21).
