Highlight Communications : streamlines management team

Highlight Communications AG, Pratteln, is reorganizing its management.
The aim of this move is to drive ahead the company's development in the Sports- and Event-Marketing and Film segments with a streamlined, more focused management team. As part of the reorganization, the members of the Board of Directors Dr. Ingo Mantzke, Antonio Arrigoni and Martin Wagner will not stand for reelection at the Annual General Meeting of the company on June 12, 2015. Dr. Erwin Conradi is not seeking reelection for reasons of age.

Peter von Büren, CFO of Highlight Communications AG and Head of IT of the entire Group, and Hanns Beese, CFO of Constantin Medien AG and Constantin Film AG, will stand for election as new members of Highlight's Board of Directors.
As the Delegate of the Board of Directors of the Team companies, Martin Wagner will remain responsible for the TEAM Group, Lucerne.
