RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2014) - Highwoods Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HIW) has signed a 176,000 square foot, long-term lease at 5405 Windward Parkway in Atlanta with a new customer. Highwoods has relet 79% of the space vacated in October 2013.
