As a Guest Service Agent at the hotel, Michael is usually the first Team Member Guests see when they arrive and check in. He instantly makes them feel welcomed and cared for.

A history buff who loves to travel and learn about other cultures and places, Michael brings our Purpose to life by delivering personalized experiences to every Guest. As he welcomes Guests he asks them where they are from and what brings them to Syracuse. He also takes the opportunity to share detailed stories about his travels to their home country, state or city. They are surprised and delighted by his specific knowledge and frequently form a friendship with Michael, seeking him out throughout their stay as well as on their return visits.

Michael's ability to relate to Guests coupled with his warm and welcoming demeanor leave a positive, lasting impact. His genuine interest and desire to make meaningful personal connections is what Hilton hospitality is all about.
