Kathy Novotny is an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Fort Collins and always goes out of her way to help anyone in need - including four-legged furry Guests.

When Guests bring their pets to the hotel, it is usually because the animal is receiving treatment at Colorado State University's pet teaching hospital, located nearby. Kathy always goes out of her way to make these lovable companions feel as comfortable as possible. She sends up pet beds, treats, water bowls and anything else the furry Guests may need.

When the hotel's bedding is retired she contacts the local homeless shelters and the teaching hospital to donate it along with any extra supplies she can provide. Her contributions even earned her a spot in the university's newsletter publication.

Kathy also goes out of her way to make sure her department is keeping all of the rooms and hotel lobby sparkling clean and receives lots of Guests' compliments on her team's exemplary work. She gives 200% all of the time, and works right alongside her Team Members throughout the day- staying late to finish her own work.

Thank you Kathy for going above and beyond and making others' needs your top priority. This is a great example of why we are the world's most hospitable company!
